Pandemic supplies  as per industry standard cannot be exchanged or returned, all sales are final

General policy:

1. Delivery in Montreal and surrounding area:

• • Montreal: orders over $300.00 (before taxes) include free delivery.
  • Laval and South Shore: orders over $500.00 (before taxes) include free delivery.
  • Outside the Greater Montreal Area but within Quebec and Ontario: orders over $1000.00 (before taxes) include free delivery.

2. Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of the original order being received, less shipping cost and maybe subject to a restocking fee, unless product(s) are defective.
3. Returns are accepted with in 48 hours of the original order being received, less shipping cost and maybe subject to a restocking fee, unless product(s) are defective.
4. Custom and specially ordered items can not be returned or exchanged.
5. Orders under $300.00 maybe subject to processing and shipping fees. However, orders that are being picked up from our warehouse can be processed.
